The possibility to replace or reduce rotifer use with a microparticle diet (MPD) from first feeding in yellowfin seabream larvae was investigated. The experiment consisted of five treatments, a rotifer (100%) control treatment (100R), three experimental treatments, which received a fixed ration of MPD supplemented with 75%, 50% and 25% of the amount rotifer fed in the control treatment (treatments 75R‐MPD, 50R‐MPD and 25R‐MPD respectively), and finally a treatment with the fixed MPD ration only (treatment 0R‐MPD). The results indicated that feeding regimes 100R, 75R‐MPD and 50R‐MPD did not differ significantly in the total length, final survival and stress test resistance. The highest dry weight was achieved in treatments 100R and 75R‐MPD at the end of the experiment compared with treatments 50R‐MPD, 25R‐MPD and 0R‐MPD. The 0R‐MPD treatment showed the lowest growth and survival. Yellowfin seabream larvae were able to ingest inert food directly from the moment of first feeding.  相似文献

在水温18℃~19℃条件下,采用实验生态学方法研究了饥饿对黑棘鲷(Acanthopagrus schlegelii)仔鱼存活、生长发育及行为学特征的影响。通过测定仔鱼的初次摄食率和饥饿不可逆点(PNR),确定了初次投喂的最佳时间。结果显示,黑棘鲷仔鱼3日龄开口摄食,4日龄卵黄囊消失,6日龄油球消失,混合营养期仅3 d,属容易遭受饥饿胁迫的鱼类。仔鱼开口时初次摄食率仅为30%,之后迅速提高,至5日龄达到最高的90%,之后逐渐下降,7日龄降至45%,到达PNR。饥饿组仔鱼在6日龄后开始出现生理性萎缩,全长与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),进入PNR后,仔鱼活动能力显著下降,身体出现扭曲、畸形,死亡率急剧升高,至10日龄全部死亡。黑棘鲷仔鱼耐受饥饿能力较弱,建议开始投饵的最适时机为仔鱼开口后的4 d内。  相似文献

以续航时间作为鱼类游泳能力的评测指标,就适应流速、适应时间、加速时间等适应条件以及测试流速4种因素对美国红鱼及黑鲷续航游泳时间的影响进行了研究。试验采用均匀设计,其中美国红鱼采用4因素8水平试验方案,黑鲷采用4因素7水平试验方案。试验研究和理论分析表明,加速时间对大流速条件下的续航时间有较大影响,而对小流速条件下的续航时间影响可以忽略,具体影响大小与鱼类的品种和规格、流速大小、加速时间等有关;适应流速建议控制在1.5 BL/s以内,以避免测试前鱼类过多的能量损失。尽管较长的适应时间更有利于鱼进行充分的调整以适应新的环境,但适应时间仍建议控制在60 min以内;测试流速对鱼类的续航时间有极为显著的影响,两种鱼的续航时间均随测试流速的增加呈幂函数规律衰减。  相似文献

Black bream (Acanthopagrus butcheri) is the main target species amongst the estuarine recreational fisheries of Victoria, Australia. The A. butcheri fishery is managed through legal-minimum length and daily bag limits. The success of this management strategy requires that the survival rate for released fish is high. This study used the most common angling practices to estimate post-release survival and identify influential factors for undersized A. butcheri in Victoria. In total 1557 and 923 A. butcheri were caught and monitored for initial (≤1 h) and delayed (72 h) survival, respectively. Fish were caught across 3 years, with each year separated into cold and warm water periods with 8 fishing trial days in total. Only 1 of the 266 controls used to assess confinement effects died. Total survival was 95% (S.E. ± 0.8%) for shallow- and 74% (S.E. ± 3%) for deep-hooked fish and decreased as fish length increased. A post-mortem (PM) procedure was developed and showed that throat and gill injuries were the most frequent cause of deep-hooking death. It revealed that 97% of hooks left in fish remained there after 72 h and identified hooking location inaccuracies recorded at the time of capture. Total survival for deep-hooked fish was 20% higher when hooks were left in the fish. Deep-hooked fish were more likely to bleed when hooks were removed and total survival was lower for fish that bleed (58%) than fish that did not bleed (80%). Shallow-hooking rates decreased as fish length increased and were higher during warm water compared to cold water trials. The high shallow-hooking and survival rates observed suggest that A. butcheri survival in the fishery would be high, but deep-hooking has the potential to undermine the management strategy. Determining the shallow-hooking rate in the fishery would help clarify the impact of these findings at the fishery level.  相似文献

以鱼油为脂肪源,分别配制脂肪水平为3.7%、6.8%、9.6%、13.1%、15.6%的5种实验饲料,对平均初始体质量为(7.13±0.03)g的许氏平鲉进行为期60 d的饲养实验,探讨饲料脂肪水平对许氏平鲉形体指数、脂肪沉积、血液生化指标与脂肪代谢酶活性的影响。结果表明:肝体指数、脏体指数随着饲料脂肪水平的升高显著提高(P0.05),脂肪水平对肥满度没有显著影响(P0.05);许氏平鲉鱼体脂肪沉积随饲料脂肪水平的增加显著提高(P0.05),15.6%全鱼、肌肉、肝脏脂肪含量最高,显著高于3.7%、6.8%组(P0.05)。随着脂肪添加量的增加,许氏平鲉肝脏葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MHD)活性显著降低(P0.05),15.6%与13.1%组G6PDH、MHD活性显著低于3.7%和6.8%组(P0.05);肝酯酶(HL)和脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)活性显著升高(P0.05),15.6%与13.1%组HL和LPL活性显著高于3.7%和6.8%组(P0.05)。血液甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(CHO)含量随着饲料脂肪水平增加有下降的趋势,15.6%组的TG和CHO含量显著低于3.7%和6.8%组(P0.05);血液中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性呈上升趋势(P0.05),15.6%组最高;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)呈先上升后下降的趋势(P0.05)。研究表明,饲料脂肪水平对许氏平鲉形体指数、脂肪沉积、血液生化指标及脂肪代谢酶活性影响显著,但过高的脂肪水平将使许氏平鲉肝脏脂肪沉积增多,当饲料脂肪水平高于9.6%时不利于鱼类健康生长。  相似文献

以鱼粉、豆粕、菜粕等为蛋白原料设计配方, 磷酸二氢钙的添加量分别为1.5%1.0%0.5%0(对应的饲料组为P1.5PP1.0PP0.5PP0), 其中PP1.0PP0.5PP0组中均添加200 mg/kg的中性植酸酶, 开展为期8周的黑鲷(Acanthopagrus schlegelii)养殖实验, 以探讨中性植酸酶替代磷酸二氢钙对黑鲷生长和磷利用的影响。结果显示, 黑鲷摄食实验饲料8周后, 各组间成活率无显著差异(P>0.05); 摄食饲料PP1.0PP0.5和对照组(P1.5)实验鱼的增重率无显著差异(P>0.05), 但均显著高于PP0处理组, 饲料系数则显著低于PP0处理组(P<0.05)。摄食不同饲料的黑鲷全鱼中蛋白质、脂肪、灰分及钙磷含量在不同组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。添加植酸酶的各组鱼磷的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着磷酸二氢钙添加量的降低, 黑鲷对干物质和蛋白质的表观消化率呈升高的趋势, 当饲料中磷酸二氢钙的添加量降到0, 黑鲷对干物质和蛋白质的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。以上结果说明, 在本研究配方下, 黑鲷正常生长对饲料有效磷的需求量0.51%; 磷酸二氢钙可部分被植酸酶替代, 当黑鲷饲料中含有20%鱼粉、32%豆粕和12%菜粕, 且植酸酶添加量为200 mg/kg, 与饲料中添加1%的磷酸二氢钙相当; 在不影响黑鲷生长的前提下, 植酸酶部分替代磷酸二氢钙不仅可降低无机磷的添加, 同时可提高饲料中磷的利用率, 降低磷排放。

More than 250 male and female yellowfin seabream (Acanthopagrus latus) were caught in the creeks near the Mahshar area in the north‐west of Persian Gulf using fishhooks to study the effects of salinity on reproductive indices. The experiments were carried out using three salinity treatments (30 ± 1 g L?1, 35 ± 1 g L?1 and 40 ± 1 g L?1) with three replications. A total of six males and three females were randomly introduced to each tank. The survival rate of the broodstock was estimated at more than 90% at different salinity levels and the maximum rate was observed at 30 g L?1 of the experiment rate. The percentage of buoyant eggs was more than 90% at 40 g L?1 and it was significantly different from other treatments. The average number of eggs per female (312 914 ± 65 085), and the average number of eggs per kilogram of female (649 460 ± 173 574) at 40 g L?1 were more than those in the other treatments but no significant differences were observed (≤ 0.05). The average percentage of fertilized eggs (86.7%) and the average percentage of hatched larvae (67%) at 40 g L?1 treatment was more than those at 30 g L?1 and 35 g L?1 treatments but no significant differences were observed (≤ 0.05). At 40 g L?1 salinity, in all spawning cases, the released eggs were hatched. Overall, the present study has shown that better buoyant eggs of A. latus can be obtained at salinity 40 g L?1. On the other hand, the percentage of fertilized eggs and hatched larvae were not affected by salinity.  相似文献
